Well, my very first experience was very disappointing but then the call back from Office Manager Sam and the subsequent service rendered by Office Manager Alex turned out to be awesome ...and now I am their customer!
Derek was amazing in helping me with check-in, as well as explaining all of the guidelines and directions to my unit. It's my first time renting a storage unit and he was super helpful in making it seamless!
