I have been a customer at Barnet Sentinel for a little over a year, and have changed lockers a couple of times. Sam and the other manager are so incredibly helpful, it's hard to believe. The site is so clean and tidy, I can't imagine using any other storage facility.
Ordered a unit online and received a call from Meghan within the hour, even though it was a weekend day. She helped me set up the storage unit rental over the phone. On Monday Alex welcomed us at the facility and immediately made us feel welcome. We completed the necessary paperwork, and he then gave us a tour of the facility and showed us how to access our unit. A very professional and friendly team.
Ten ’s Amazing experience!! .. • Attentive listening ~ helping me find a solution for storing furniture items from a friend mother’s home of 30 yrs. Both Clarissa (Assistant manager) and Derek (store manager) were so helpful patient and kind. I highly recommend that you experience the compassionate staff at this location for Sentinal Storage on Schoolhouse St. ~ Near IKEA in Coquitlam
Derek & his team were amazing to work with! For sure will always be my go to for future storage needs!! Thank you all for being efficient, helpful & so friendly to work with!
