I have been a customer with Sentinel Self-Storage for about a year now and I have only wonderful things to say about the facility and its staff. The facility is always clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. I would definitely recommend Sentinel Self-Storage to anyone who needs a storage facility.
I have rented my storage units with Sentinel Storage in New Castle, DE site for at least 8 years and have had nothing but excellent Customer Service and a very clean environment and great location. I can t recall not one bad experience with there staff. They have allways try to accomodate my needs and are very professsional. I just closed my unit down and they were so very pleasant about it. If I needed to rent again or refer anyone to a well maintained storage unit company, I would definitely refer them to Sentinel Storage ... read more
