It is convenient and fits into my budget. Employees are always nice and helpful. Whenever, I asked a question they were always available with an answer.
I like the one on hook rd I haven't really had any issues. However I'm a long term rental iv been there almost 3 years the site says that they offer long term rental discounts however every time I ask about a discount they never give me one and over the 3 years my payment has gone up it use to be less then 200 now I pay 211. This place would be great if they offered discounts
I spoke with several storage units facilities and the reason I chose Sentinel was because of Maria. From my first phone call and signing up and a recent problem with the keypad, she has helped me immediately and made sure anything I needed was done. I worked in customer service for many years and consider myself one of the best at it. She rivals me if not exceeds my skills. I have never felt like I was bothering her at all.
