My parents in their 70s rented a unit from this place. After purchasing they tried to go back and drop a few boxes off. They couldn't get into the gate. They went back the nest day and were able to gain access. We came to help move heavy things and arrived with a boat load of stuff only to realize that we couldn't access the unit. Arrived after trying to store things in my unit and the manger is sitting at the fence and tells us we can’t open the gate because the WiFi is down. We arrived here with a truck and trailer full of things to store and had to wait quite a while to access our unit
I rented a unit for a few months and everything went well no problems with accessing and it was clean. Definitely recommend.
