Lani and the rest of the crew are super. We have been customers with 2 storage units for over 9 years and without Lani I would never know when which unit was due for a 6 1/2 month payment or how much the payment was. Every time I speak to any of the crew I always receive friendly, nowledgeable and courteous service and each time I visit the access is easy and the facility is always neat and clean.
My experience with this specific store is outstanding. I was with this location several years ago and was elated to find Jacqueline was still the manager. She is professional, conscientious, knowledgable and very service-oriented. She and her current assistant make you feel welcome and appreciated. This place is highly recommended to anyone needing this service.
We looked at 3 storage places. This was the best in our opinion. Another good one seemed to be toward Dover on the same side of the road. Place looked clean and the drainage was good. People are professional and helpful. Borrowing the truck was a nice feature. Had good items to purchase in office to assist with storage and keeping items clean. Would use them again if needed. We use a climate controlled space. Have not compared rates in other areas except the 3 above. We like them. - Carol
