When you tack on the M2M fee (mind you, they raise the M2M prices substantiallyalready) of an additional $150/month, it's a 30.63% rent increase. $2,554 for a ONE BEDROOM apartment in Vacaville, WOW. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.
