2 years ago I was injured due to a hazardous staircase. Causing me permanent injuries. I was told that they would walk the property to find any more issues. They did not. They only repaired 2 steps. They didn't fix other hazardous issues until 7 months later after I wrote a review on google. When my lease was up. And they still didn't fix all hazardous issues. Be warned: If you live in an apartment complex owned by Sentinel, and you get locked out of your apartment (even if you are a girl and you are crying and all alone), Sentinel's company policy for all their apartment complexes is not to let the emergency maintenance crew unlock your door, because the maintenance folks can not get into the computer to verify that you are who you say you are.
