This is the most unprofessional “Doctor’s” office I have ever had to encounter. Do not ever try to call and press “0” to get a representative, because they have clearly hired someone straight out of high school who is unmannered, inappropriate, and does not understand how to operate in an office setting. Not only is she telling 75 year old women they need to figure it out on their own through an app, she then sees numbers & refuses to answer if it’s a patient she doesn’t want to help.
