I had a family emergency that took me out of state/away from home for multiple weeks. I had to reschedule my service twice since I wasn't sure when I would be home to unlock the gate for our service -- Sentinel sent me an email scolding me for the service changes, stating that they would not accommodate any additional deviations in scheduling. I gave forward notice when I was able, but they are not very understanding if you hit extenuating circumstances. Would not recommend.
Sentinel Pest Control is an amazing company, and they are far and above the pushy door-to-door companies. I've had Erich out to inspect my home for different pest issues on two separate occasions, and both times, he has been such a pleasure to work with. He is honest and never tries to push things on us. Craig always provides top notch service, answers our questions and knows just what is needed. He always goes above and beyond when completing our regular services and responds quickly for unexpected or unusual situations.
