This company acquired my apartment building. They have made it so difficult that I've had to take time off work to provide them with all the requirements. I provided the requested documents to my current manager. They said it was never received and told me that I would have to subscribe to their renters insurance if I could not provide the requested documentation. Just wrapped up with an associate that said they have all that is needed. It took me over a week to resolve this. Please don't lease with this company!!!!

Lack of transparency on the housing programs under Sentinel management.
I had a request for an accommodation to make accessing all parts of my apartment at Rivergate Apartments easier for a power wheelchair. Magen (senior property manager) agreed to my request and she and Hanna (assistant manager) got it done. I appreciate the fast and positive action to my request.
I wanted to pay them off a past balance but they insisted - with attitude to boot - that I do it through the collection agency which I'm not willing to do. I don't trust that particular collection agency from past experiences (shady). How dumb is that - they can have their money back today - but not the upfront direct route? Especially this day and age - good luck with that! They don't even manage the building I lived in anymore anyway (gee, I wonder why)...
