I've been trying to get them to fix a safety concern for over a year, they keep making false promises, i don't think they ever had any intention of fixing it.
They are discusting! They entered my condo without my consent one day. I came home and saw my dog shaking. I watched the cameras and they came without my consent to fix someting when my appointment with them was the next day! When I emailed them they said sorry and that it will “never” happen again. Literally an email with 2 sentences. When I spoke with the director that I saw later in the building he said that they came in because they finish the other floors earlier.
