SMI has been taking care of regular bi-weekly cleaning for our micro cinema space in the Coach House at 401 Richmond, and we've had a great experience working with them. Their communication is always prompt and responsive, they're flexible with scheduling changes to accommodate our venue bookings, and the quality of their cleaning is excellent. Sentinel Maintenance has serviced our needs for several decades. Greg is accommodating, prices fairly and has strong communication skills that make dealing with his company a pleasure. As an Office Manager, it takes the worry out of getting quotes or having small to large jobs done with ease. I would highly recommend Sentinel to anyone shopping around for a maintenance company!
