I decided to write a review because in contrast to a previous visit from another company where it took three hours just to assess the issue, this time the technician dismantled the A/C system and pinpointed the refrigerant leak within an hour. He carefully explained each step before reassembling everything, which gave me confidence that he addressed the problem thoroughly.

I was expecting a quick fix but the technician found that one of the dampers was stuck open, which took a couple of hours to carefully adjust without damaging the system. He explained each step as he went, which I appreciated, and everything has been working smoothly since then.

Previously, another company quoted me a much higher price for similar A/C maintenance, but this visit was more thorough with filters replaced and coils cleaned within two hours. The technician also noted a minor issue with the thermostat which could explain some efficiency problems.
