Great Mortgage Company to Work With – I didn't know where to turn to refinance my remodeling project. The Mortgage Factory did a great job explaining the process post "banking crisis" and guided me every step of the way through all kinds of paperwork I'd never navigated before. The process was very efficient and quick and I was approved right away. I'd recommend you consider them for all your mortgage and loan needs.

Very Happy – I just used Mortgage Associates for the third time. Each time, I provided them with the information they requested, sat back, and waited till I received the call that it was time to close on my loan. No pain involved. Mortgage Associates handled a refinance loan on our Houston home, a construction loan on our weekend home, and a refinance on our weekend home. Excellent Lender and Mortgage Company. Hands On First Class.They have Got your Back! – Let me say the CEO/President John is man of integrity and he knows the motgage business. We were caught in a bad situation with a Realtor and Realty Company that unfortunately he came into AFTER the fact BUT though it profited him not one dime he guided us and made it easier to get out of a horrible Real Estate contract. ALL I CAN SAY IS ..... WOW !!! – First, let me start my story by saying I didn't have good credit and I certainly didn't have any money saved. THE TEXAS MORTGAGE EXPERTS! – I usually don't review things, but I had such a great experience with Mortgage Associates of Texas, I felt I needed to tell everyone I could. I just bought my second home and was a little nervous about working on my mortgage because I had a horrible experience with another company my first time. Amazing Service – I knew NOTHING about the home buying process, but my loan officer explained things to me in easy to understand terms, got a great rate and the closing went without a hitch. They also helped me with my relocation by suggesting a doctor, dentist, pool contractor, they are very well connected. They are at least worth calling. I'll send them my business next time I need a loan for my investment properties as well.

THE TOP IN THEIR INDUSTRY!!! – Knowledge is definitely power! I had never bought a home before...and Mortgage Associates not only made it a great experience...they taught me the whole mortgage process! My Realtor was thrilled to have a borrower who was pre-approved and knew all of the financing details before we set out to find a home. Whenever I overhear someone talking about buying a home...I always tell them about Mortgage Associates of Texas!!!
