Sentara Vascular has serious coordination issues with its patients, the scheduling department and it's physicians. Mine was a fairly routine, simple vein procedure. I received only 1 reminder from Sentara (which seemed unusual) for any the 4 office visits. When I showed up on scheduled day of surgery the doctor was not available. They were great. Gave me a quote over the phone. Appointment was on time, Joy was a friendly, professional technician. They did 2 treatments for the price of one since I didn’t need a lot of product that reduces spider veins. Good results.

Call center scheduler is so nasty and front desk also, they shouldn't work with public If they are not a people person. I will not call them or visit their office with nasty attitude people. Learn how to talk to people. And don't get mad if I ask too many questions
