I arrived near 7:10am. Checked myself in with the iPad up front, and was pulled back in less than 30 minutes to be seen by the intake nurse. Then less than 4 min later, the Nurse practitioner was already in the room. Richards(NP) was a great listener, thorough, and efficient. I was downstairs in radiology getting pics within 15 minutes and out the door as the clock turned 8. I was highly impressed by the staff. Great job team!

Sat and waited from 7am to 7:35am. Not a single front desk person is there. No one is present to take up the paperwork. What is the point of saying you open at 7am but not opening on time? Lights were off and associates were extremely late coming in. What kind of medical establishment doesn’t open on time??? There are people literally waiting to be seen and haven’t spoken to a single person so we all have to wait on one front desk lady to be seen. We’re the doctors even in? Sad . Went in without an appointment at about 2:30 pm. I was seen by Amanda Nass, PA, who spent an hour going over my complicated medical history, listened carefully to what I was telling her, took notes, put in a referral to a new pain mgmt dr., suggested a few actual diagnostic tests I might want to have and what they’d be looking for, and handled my unrelenting agony with empathy and care. That’s more attention than the specialists have paid to what I was actually saying in three years. Five stars.
