The registered nurse at this lightfoot location I saw is either extremely uneducated or she blatantly lied to me. I would not trust this location with your health. I denied service. I don't let NPs or Doctors treat me after they blatantly lie to my face, and then double down on the lie after being corrected. My incident will be reported to the VA Board of Nursing & Board of Medicine.
No wait time, entire staff very professional.
I was so glad they had a vacancy on Friday. I had a bad cold and I knew that I had a sinus infection. I showed the medicine that my doctor gave me. They took my vitals and tested me for strep throat. I did not have that. The doctor prescribed some Prednisone. I appreciated both the nurse and doctor. I have my medication and resting. I would recommend this Urgent Care.
