Pretty disappointed with this facility! My daughter was injured at a sporting event and was in severe pain. We rushed to Sentara Urgent Care Gloucester around 30 min before they closed. They informed us "since she will need Xrays, it will put us past our normal business hours, therefore we cannot see her" We had to turn around and go down the road to Riverside Urgent care who were great.
Made an appointment so I wouldn’t have my child miserably waiting in a waiting room just to still be sitting way beyond my appointment. No point in making an appointment smh
I went to Sentara urgent care at 6:20pm and they didn’t close until 8pm. I walked in and NO ONE was in the lobby and maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. The lady at the front desk turned me away because they were “busy all day” and stated they had “slot” times (whatever that means). I find it highly ridiculous and super rude that they turned me away when they still had over an hour and a half before they closed. I was in severe pain and they didn’t seem to care what so ever.
