The YMCA therapy was very helpful, friendly nice environment to be around. Staff communication was very good. I would go back again . Thank you everyone with all the help and pain . Great staff
Jason helped me out with my elbow therapy, getting me back to where I am suppose to be so I can go back to work, and when he isn’t there Dani helped out as well. These two are a great team and I am very confident they will help me out! Besides them the whole front office every friendly and eager to answer any questions I might have, i highly recommend this place for anyone!
My experience from the front desk to working with both Danielle Motley and Jason Zacharias (Occupational Therapy) has been excellent. The care and guidance I am receiving from Danielle and Jason is helping me progress - all while making it a positive, personable experience! They put you at ease while also motivating you to keep going. Highly recommend Sentara Therapy Center at Suffolk YMCA!
I started Therapy in March 2025 after extensive hand surgery. I’ve worked with both Jason and Dani. Both are very knowledgeable, have great attitudes and make therapy sessions enjoyable. I’ve also recently began Dry Needling therapy with Dr. Satra and it has really helped me. I highly recommend Sentara Therapy. They have a great group of employees who all work together!
This place is absolutely wonderful! Jason and Dani Are very good at what they do and they make a wonderful & great environment to do your physical therapy as they are very friendly and knowledgeable and just overall great ppl!! I give this place a 2 thumbs up for occasional therapy!!
