Great staff. Physical therapy was very professional and helpful
It's only 1 reason other than God that I'm back lite duty working after a fractured neck, fractured back and 4 broken ribs....... And That's because of Sentara Therapy Center Suffolk! Thank you all for all of the motivation and hard work over the last 4 months. I wouldn't have came this far without Physical and OccupationalTherapy 🫶🏿💯💪🏿
Therapy here was good billing was not good. We have been fighting a bill for over 6 months because they performed activities for my husband that were not covered on his referral and they did not let him know. The Sentara billing department tried to help but it was the therapy facility that recorded the activity. The appointments were never over an hour; one day a single charge for an activity, the next time triple charged. If it wasn't covered the first time why are they tripling it the next time. I had an excellent experience with both the physical therapy and occupational therapy teams. From the front desk to the therapists themselves, everyone was incredibly kind and supportive. They truly helped me regain a lot of movement and improve my quality of life. I’m so grateful for their dedication and expertise!
I always have an outstanding experience with my chiropractor Krista Satra and her front office team. My chiropractor is attentive, skilled, and truly invested in my well-being, and the front staff is always warm, efficient, and welcoming. Every visit is personalized, and genuinely helpful.
