Sentara's therapists are not bad, but there financial practices are disgusting, prompt payment was received up front at every appointment, wait times exceeded the allotted time schedule, & the surprise additional monthly bill was unexpected. I also received billing for two months though I only received services that were supposed to be allotted for one month two of which were cancelled by Sentara on short notice. I hope Sentara make clear their financial practices to future customers, and provide prompt on time services. I w... read more

The staff at this office is outstanding everyone from the ladies at the front desk are awesome. Everyone treat you with respect and everyone is kind and friendly. If it helps this office is on the second floor to the left side.I was in a car accident and had neck and back injuries.From the first visit I felt welcomed.The staff is amazing.Hadley was my therapist.She was great👍🏽.Her compassion and attention to detail was wonderful.Every visit she was so easy to talk to.From day one we came up with a plan for me to get better that worked🙂!I like how clean the therapy area was.Seeing everyone clean kinda put my mind at ease.If I need therapy again I will definitely be back to see her.I... read more
