I couldn't be more grateful for the care I have received from Dr. Mark Bawcom. He is extremely knowledgeable, offers wise advice, and has a natural ability to put patients at ease. Hands down, he is the best chiropractor that I have ever visited, consistently prioritizing his patients and providing exceptional treatment every time!
Do not waste your time. My personal experience was what I've come to expect from a large bureaucratic "healthcare" organization. Any issues or concerns become an exercise in perseverance and it's always a hassle dealing with the Sentara Megaplex. Before you think it's just one person's story, my mom and sister both have had their own "pulling your hair out" frustrating situations. I could go into more detail but it's kind of like beating a dead horse at this point. Long story short, please look for therapy elsewhere.
