My last session at this place was March 12th. I've been here two times before. The results were great back then but this time the results were exceptional and very thorough. A lot of care involved and they make sure you're able to do things that don't increase pain but you're able to do the work they have planned for you. Thank you Dr Shahad Yahya, Shelly, Maddy, Ruth, Tahal, and Iris. You've all been very helpful.

They charged $795 for a 20 minute consultation!!!! The worst part is that they told me it would only be $113. I guess it’s a good thing I did not return once a week as they suggested.

I am so grateful that I was referred to this therapy center by my surgeon and his staff!! I had total knee replacement surgery, July 5th, 2023 and June 28th, 2024 and I am getting excellent care and therapy sessions from the highly qualified staff at Sentara Therapy Center!! Here you will also have the opportunity to work with a different therapist each visit and I love this concept!!! I get to meet everyone, establish relationships, and make new friends. Got to the office before 4:15pm. Checked in for an EKG. Waited in the waiting room (which was empty) for over an hour. Was called back to do labs which I wasn’t there for. Waited in the waiting room a few more minutes and then the front desk staff started looking for someone to do my EKG as it was now after 5pm. They ask the heavy set lady with braids that was checking people in (who was more concerned about watching Netflix on her phone) to do my EKG since everyone else was gone. She was a tech also. My mother went here to receive a service on her hand. While molding the splint, the lady applied too much pressure to her hand causing her pain! Not to mention she was rushing my mother because she had a patient right after her. This place is not bad at all by any means! However, this certain experience for my mother was. I’m rating her experience as of today.
