They lied to me repeatedly about billing for months. I was told my therapy was covered and it was not and I was surprised with a bill months later. I called for a month straight and was reassured repeatedly it would be taken care of and adjusted to the self-pay rate that I would have chosen if I’d known that they lied about my insurance coverage. I'm an active 76 year old man that has been blessed with good health. On January 12, 2025 I accidentally fell on the ice and sustained a severe colles fracture of my left wrist. Following surgery, I began OT at your facility. I had hopes of regaining some mobility, strength, and usage back to my hand, but I'm truly shocked at how much I received in such a short amount of time over my visits at your facility. I cannot give your staff enough praise and thankfulness.
