I'm a military veteran that was refered here by the Hampton Veterans Hospital and had a great initial experience. This office recently was not able to retain my physician and by the reviews looks like they are bleeding patients following his exit. Here is what I experienced. The front office staff uses repetitive circular logic and false chart sumaries to gloss over and divert your needs.
