The staff is so rude. The staff also forgets to call their patients. Been waiting for 2 hrs and all I was hearing was their backed up. Smh terrible place. Also the staff is racist one of the lady’s made a racial slur towards me. This staff really needs to be fired.
The on-site staff is very friendly, however, God forbid you have a pricing question....I felt like I had either been transferred or provided an alternative contact number 100+ times and each time I had to sit through a prompt. I don't see why I have to partake in a juggling act just to find out how much my son's X-Ray's are going to cost me :-(
