Staff is generally kind, but a serious lack of communication. I had a “test” done without my knowledge or agreement. Later received a bill for said lab results that were hand signed by the doctor. While trying to straighten out details of why I was receiving a bill, I was promised multiple call backs or more information. INCLUDING not receiving said “results” of unapproved labs. NP Ezster Varga is the best!!! I have been seeing her for over 6-7 years. She’s been consistent in given great care to me. She wants the very best outcome for her patients, even if they don’t always make the best choices. She made me realize my health is a priority to living a good life.
