I had such a wonderful experience with prat. The front desk ladies are nice and always made me and my toddler feel welcome.I just had my 4th baby in February and was looking back at how wonderful my experience was with Erin my midwife and how comforted I felt each visit. How this place has four stars absolutely blows my mind. If I could give it a negative number, I would. **** 3/29/2024 UPDATE*** I wish this revision to this review was to report improvement however, if anything it has gotten worse. No one here smiles. From the receptionist, to the medical assistant, to my actual provider, Dr. Sarah Prince. It doesn’t even matter if you attempt to kill them with kindness. This place honestly does not know what they are doing I do not trust them at all what so ever! The doctor tells me one thing but then the nurses turn around and tell me another it’s like the nurses do stuff behind the doctors back and they’re very untrustworthy, Do not recommend this place at all!
I will share this experience as I'm at the frustrated. The nurse who takes the messages for the physicians at third location is very rude and nasty. She has been this way from day one. I hate calling leaving messages for NP Varga. This person will cut you off and tell you things that “aren't” true before she researches and corrects herself. Her customer service needs a complete redo. To resolve matters handle I have to go in. I reported her rude behavior but of course, nothing happened.
