Pratt medical is the worst! We stopped going 20 years ago after waiting 2 hours past our daughter’s appointment time. That same daughter decided to try them in May and they just called TODAY to schedule her PT! They also still have not gotten her bloodwork results. She switched to another practice in June and has already had multiple PT appointments. The doctors seem fine but everything else is horrible! Avoid at all cost. Should be negative stars.
I've had nothing but good patient contact from the the ladies at the front counter who are very friendly. At best I had to wait 5 minutes before being called back. The nurse that took my vitals and asked about my history was super cool. She accommodated me twice. Wish I knew her name. As for Dr Prince. I've never had a problem and she seems to get it right everytime. Thanks again.
