Was transferred repeatedly and ended up finishing the conversation with the first person that transferred me. The woman was very rude and condescending.

When i first arrived the place was empty i didnt have to wait but 5mins and that was really nice BUT the lady who first took me back was soo rude, i even tried to have conversation with her and she just smirked and didnt say a word back. You deal with people daily have some kinda of common courtesy my goodness.
