Everyone was very rude and pushed me away when it was time for my ultrasound appointment cause at UPMC McKeesport they didn’t want to look at my script from my doctor that was faxed to them. Very lazy and unprofessional would not recommend. Not sure how any of them even have a job 🤦♀️

I am a current patient at Dominican Hospital. I have been here 4 days (admitted Thursday, Sep 10th) and have 3 days remaining before discharge (projected date Sep 17th). I acknowledge that the medical staff is under a great deal of strain due to the pandemic but common bedside manor would be greatly appreciated. RecommendedI went to MedExpress for a covid test 3 days ago after experiencing symptoms. My experience was 100% positive from start to end and all steps occurred exactly as I was told on the phone when I first called for info and when I arrived. I waited 30 to 45 minutes in my car after providing initial information, which was pretty quick considering there were others in cars waiting when I arrived. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant, I have been having contractions and pain lately and with this being my delivering hospital I go to Labor and delivery with my concerns. This hospital must be on the verge of bankruptcy! They haven't returned a credit of $363.20 on my daughter's account after promising on several occasions since mid-June that it would be returned within 7-10 days. The only reason they have that money is because they sent a fraudulent bill underestimating the amount our insurance company would pay. Don't pay them a cent until your insurance company settles with them! We are filing a complaint with the Attorney General and considering criminal fraud charges against the doctor w... read more
