These so called nurses treats there patience's like garbage , they have no idea what they're doing ,they lie to when they say that there's a doctor coming but instead they give you water so you can drink but instead it makes you sleepy supposedly they put some type of medication in your water which is illegal im pretty sure so quick tip don't drink the water . No wonder why this place is rated one star this place is very unsanitary i do not and repeat DO NOT recommend this place to anyone .
I went to my appointment today 9/18/24 for a Mammogram. Everything was fine until I was called back to the dressing area by the tech (unfortunately I didn't get her name). She puts me in a dressing bay where we started the process of the going over everything when the tech asked me when did I have my last Mammogram and did I bring them with me. You wait months to finally get an appointment, and a week before your scheduled appointment they cancel it due to staffing. I can't get another appointment for 4 more months. Mammograms are important and early detection is key. Time to find a new provider.
Christina at the front desk lacks critical thinking and compassion. My doctor wrote an incorrect order and as requested faxed over the correct order for my mammogram. Instead of using critical thinking Christina made me leave, stating that they hadn't received the fax. Christina was too occupied with eating cake and getting desserts from the back then to assist me. I immediately went to my car and called my doctor who stated the order was faxed. Today I showed up for my 9 am appointment and as instructed arrived at 8:30 am. There was a sign saying the building was closed. I went to the front entrance. Of course I was frustrated but every single staff member treated me with such kindness and professionalism!
