This ER should not be allowed to operate the way they treat people is like nothing I have every seen before we arrived by ambulance at 4:10 pm and at 9:45 we are still in the waiting area. I would not ever come to this medical facility. It may be a level one trauma center but the service in the ER I would not offer to a dog

reaching customer service is an absolute nightmare, placed on hold for 45 mins then the customer serviced called me back and left a voicemail asking me to call back the same number where I need to be back on hold.
Understaffed, staff is plesant, not being given care in a room had to sit in waiting room for hours after getting taken out of a room for more care. Unprofessional. Waiting room doesnt have enough space for 5 ft distance, feels claustrophobic. Dont come here its uncomfortable getting cared for here
