Utterly unresponsive. To make any appointment they force you to wait on hold while one of their two representatives are helping other patients. Then after 40 minutes they give you another 0hone number that places you in another holding pattern, one that doesn't accept new patients, so back into the Central Scheduling line. Avoid anything you can dealing with Sentara.
