No one there acts like they truly care! The audacity for this place to even be called a hospital is mind blowing! My fiancé is suppose to have shoulder surgery with them (only reason we’ve dealt with that place is because he got hurt on the job & workers comp sent him there) but MJ had dragged his surgery out for so long this is the 2nd time they have prolonged it not only that but they went on to tell him ONLY 2 DAYS in advance that he has to have surgery! I don’t understand why these hospitals take HOURS for simple things…even at 3AM, when literally no one is here, the nurses and doctors are somewhere else wasting time I feel.
My daughter had surgery here in May. The experience was great. They have a nice waiting room and the staff is very helpful and friendly. All nurses she encountered were top notch. I would utilize this facility again without question.
This place is the worst! I can’t reach anyone the nurses don’t call back. The people answering the phone are rude.
