I tried for 2 days to schedule an appointment with this Pantops location based on a referral from an Sentara ER visit. This started off negative with a rude person answering the phone. This was my first time trying to schedule and it "seems" they have a "procedure" to follow when you go to the ER. I have had an outstanding experience with Dr. Baumbush. From the very first visit, he was supportive, patient, and genuinely caring. Throughout the entire process he took the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question, and make sure I felt confident in the plan. My husband came here for his knee to be looked at, and ended up having to have surgery. The surgery team was great, and his surgeon Dr. Clark Baumbusch, M.D. was amazing! 10/10 would recommend!
