We were seen here for my son's broken arm from a soccer injury. Dr. Degnan and the two nurses had the best bedside manner we have received from a doctor in many years. Very knowledgable and reassuring and fun too. Very thankful for their practice and expertise!
The office worker Whitney in the front is very rude in person and over the phone. She seems more interested in playing around and gossiping which I wouldn't normally mind but it definitely felt as if I was interrupting her at home when I was trying to reschedule an appointment. Unprofessional.
Poor bedside manner. Rude and dismissive. Rather than seeing the orthopedic surgeon like I had expected, I saw a PA who couldn't read an MRI and was gaslighting my serious injuries. I was told they only treat knee patients who have arthritis.
