The lab messed up my bloodwork and I was called back to redo it. I do live a hour away, but I understand things happen so I came back. Everyone was apologetic for the mishap and even gave me gas cards for the trouble! I wasn’t expecting a thing, because I know things happen. Natalie at the front desk knew me by name as soon as I walked in which was very refreshing, especially knowing they see many people every day.
