My spouse and I arrived when we were asked to be here, signed in, and within 5 minutes were called up to registration by Tamika who was and is an absolute GEM of a human being. Please, if there is any way to ensure that Tamika is recognized for her exemplary customer service, we would greatly appreciate it! Five stars because they have a split waiting area that has a section without a TV constantly on. Being able to read in peace is a pleasant experience.
The staff and nurses were great. I felt I was taken care of. Super great service, empathy and care.
The Sentara Leigh Ambulatory Surgery Center is located in Norfolk, VA along Kempsville Rd. next to the main hospital building. This place is primarily used for outpatient surgeries. My visit here was on April 24, 2024 for my mom's surgery after a wrist fracture. We arrived a little earlier than they open, which is at 5:30 am for the day we came here.
