Didnt have a choice to use their services and I do not recommend! I have called billing and gave my second insurance information twice now, mailed the same information and I am still receiving billing statements threatening collections. No one has followed up with me to discuss any issues. Billing department at least refuses to do their job.
An absolute nightmare just trying to get my medical records from this office - it’s been two months of calling and following up and being repeatedly told wrong information. Not to mention the fact that one of their primary care doctors completely misdiagnosed me while I was a patient there. Would not recommend.
Great doctors but HORRIBLE financial experience. I had a $500 bill that I split into 2 equal payment, one for July and one for August. They have charged me for July, August, September, October, and November. I've gotten a $500 refund but the fact that this happened makes it seem like they put me on auto pay for who knows how long instead of the two months. All I needed was a refill on my prescription. They did this but they were going to charge me $180 for it but they would need $50 up front. After attempting payment with 2 different cards they couldn't accept either, I had to go to a cash machine and draw $50 cash which the bank charged me 3.50 extra. Then layer they sent me a bill, but again when I paid by post they could not draw on my card account, debit or credit. Strange MacDonalds had no difficulty accepting my card for a happy meal. Had a Great Experience! Eileen and Dr. Rizer were both wonderful! I had to wait a little over an hour but I felt it was worth the wait due to the great service I was given.
