I developed a hip joint pain, my primary care doctor advised me to have the X-Rays done from Sentara, I had X-Ray done on 11/09/2024, and now it is over 5 days that no report from imaging department is available yet. My primary care and therapist still waiting for radiologist report. Previously I had similar experience from Sentara, in Novant they provide radiology report within 24 hours. Looks like Sentara imaging is poorly managed, I will never recommend them to any one for future, ridiculous service ever observed. Pat... read more
Dr Rakofsky is superb as well as the staff at this facility. They treat you with respect, they listen to you and are genuinely concerned about their patients as well as their detail to treatment Crystal Fry
The worst triage nurse!!! I’ve been here since 3 o’clock and then they took me out the system after getting my x-ray done at 8 o’clock and then they’re telling me that I have to re-register for them to get me back in ER ever!!! And today’s date is March 25 of 2024 And I’m still with the damn gown in the lobby since 3 o’clock and they took me out the list. This is ridiculous.
