I've always had excellent experiences with the providers in this office. They are thorough & make sure to address every question that I ask. I took away one star because it took almost a month to get an ER followup visit as an established patient, but they had open "new patient" visits available.
Have been here for 2.5hrs and still have not seen the dr. I was told the dr was 45 minutes behind schedule. Unfortunately I will have to reschedule due to school being over soon and being a parent. Unfortunate.
If you are looking for a practice that truly cares about the patient and not treated like cattle, sadly this is not the place. They do not answer the phone es, and recently after driving to the appointment - after 2.5 hours traveling, hitting traffic, and the practice temporarily moved- we arrive at 10:25 (tried to call) for a 10 appointment and they refused to see us.
