I have been going to this doctor office for 3 years. They always get my bill wrong and over charge me. Then never tell me I have a charge till they sent it to collection. Then I have to be going back and forth with them for months trying to fix my bill. Debbie stated she will fix all my bill but has not accomplished anything. The doctor do a good job but the office staff is terrible. I will never go back here again. I have been to urgent cares that are more organized.
I just tried calling this office to try to get my medical records faxed to my new PCP’s practice. The clinical nurse informed that I needed a medical release form but hung up on me when I asked how to retrieve the form online. Sigh….. I would not give this practice any stars. They are terrible!
