This place has been nothing but good. The staff are all very friendly and quick to help. The doctor is really good. She will listen to you even though she may not have the time. Key part is she does listen. Dr. Smith is highly recommended by me.
I’ve only had bad experiences here. The first provider told me that only some of my medical conditions are real and others aren’t. The next provider I saw immediately seems super defensive and combative from the moment she walked into the room because I indicated on my intake forms I was interested in trying a new medication. They’re just generally not very nice. It doesn’t feel like we are working together, it feels like me versus them. I give 2 instead of 1 star only because it’s usually not too hard to get in for an appoi... read more
