The worst company I've dealt with since dealing with wounds for 15 years!
EXCELLENT CARE-HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! If you go through my chart for your initial contact, your experience will be challenging. It was a very stressful experience going through that number. I finally got a person who directed me to a local number. Once I got the local number, it was, still is amazing!!! My mom had physical therapy at home 3 years ago - it's so advanced now. I do not recommend this business for home care needs. The nurses never showed up on time, poor communication. A nurse told my family that my grandfather was fine, his breathing was normal, etc. (3 days before his passing) We knew she was wrong, it was clear to see that he was nearing death. For a nurse to stand in his home and lie to his family about his condition is just completely ridiculous to me. She should have been honest with us.
