I just finished three months of PT; six weeks of rehab from a total hip replacement followed by almost eight weeks to help with severe spinal pain. The hip is doing great. The spine is significantly improved … went from pain level of 8 when I started PT to a pain level of 4 now. (I’m seeing a neurosurgeon and a pain injection doctor to further reduce the pain level but that’s because there are issues with my spine that can’t be resolved with PT alone.) This in no way reflects poorly on the PT staff at Sentara Therapy Center.... read more
