Jennifer Vannoy NP has and continues to be the best provider I have had in my entire life. Over the last several years she has listened to all my concerns without trying to rush me out of the door, listened compassionately and helped me manage my ADHD. She is always on top of everything, responsive, and cares. She makes me feel welcome and valued as a patient. She is the best!
I just talked to the dumbest person I’ve ever talked to on earth, after I told her I’ve never been there. She asked me which doctor I want and I told her I’ve never been there. I don’t know and she said all right. She asked me 100 questions and then she said I can get you in in a month.
Was referred by urgent care for child physicals. There was 2 people at the front desk, one elderly and one young. The elderly person was unprofessional and rude, she consistently told me incorrect information and had her younger counter part correct her multiple times.
