The facility is located next to the Elementary school in Manteo. The office staff, the nurses, Dr. Blackburn are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable individuals. I felt like i visited people that welcomed me rather than the usual business of medical practices. Everyone had a smile. Nobody rushed me through their part of the patient intake. I felt comfortable all the way. Thank you for making me feel like a person not a number.
