Sentra Family Medicine Physicians has an Awesome Staff! Entering the front desk Ms. Linda and the other staffers always greet you with a smile and are always professional and friendly. My PCP, Kimberly Quinter and her staff are always Super kind and polite and professional. Kimberly Quinter always take the time to listen to my concerns concerning my health and I really appreciate her. My husband, mother, 2 brothers, nephew, 2 sisters are patients also. I had a really good experience at Sentera Family Medicine. Everyone was really friendly. I didn’t have to wait before being taken back to a room, which is unusual for a doctor’s office. The nurses were great. I had an appointment with Dr. Christian Jones. She took the time to talk with me and answer all my questions. That means a lot. She seemed to really care about my health.
I was greeted with a smile and "Good Morning" and was directed in the right direction to the correct room. The staff were kind and courteous while discussing my issues. The provider offered to reach out to a social worker on my behalf... which was appreciated. The staff and providers at this office are wonderful, thoughtful and compassionate. Thank You very much.
I just love my doctor. She takes the time to listen to me and go over any questions I may have. Every time I check in my for appts the ladies at the front are so kind and funny. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes before I am called.. I am glad that I switch over
Sentara Family Medicine is the best place I have found for my family Doctor. Dr. Quinter and her staff is amazing and if I ever need anything they are always there. I just had to go in for an emergency appointment and I was able to get Dr. BULLARD and her staff was amazing also. If you are ever looking for a family Dr. you must check this office.
