The Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Dr. Johnson is attentive, kind and knowledgeable. By far the best Physician I have ever had.
I saw Dr Mindhas from your group when I was admitted into obici for double pneaumonia, a blood clot & an infection. I have been in pain management for two years with no issues and the doctor all of a sudden calls me an addict because I told him I couldn't keep my oral pills down with an infection. I have never done drugs, let alone work for the sheriff's department so I will never be attending this practice due to this issue as well as being judged for having anxiety.
It is not many places you go today where the entire staff is great!!! The ladies in the the front are so nice. I didnt see the lady who does your blood but she is always so nice even though I dont like needles. And Dr. Florentina is just awesome. So patient!!! And her assistant was so sweet. I'm the cry baby of the year because I went home and thought about how she listened. And I just cried because I was heard. I think it's sad to have to go to one place and do that. This group is part of the larger Sentara network now. There is an order of operations to be seen here starting with calling a tela-nurse line (844-MY-NURSE). They can schedule your appointment. I think the staff are excellent. Check-in is standard. I'm always seen right away by staff. They listen and take good notes which you can see on the Sentara MyChart app. A+. 5 stars for that part. Tried to give a review earlier but something happened and I got cut off. I’m switching providers. The last year had been me BEGGING for answers to my requests. done. My PCP has been great up to this point. But the last year has been one never - ending struggle. Just to get basic services don’t. Look at recent reviews, folks. Thay are what matters. I’ve given chance after chance to make things right. I AM DONE.
