Very friendly staff and the doctor is very kind and thorough.
I am very careful about writing a review and I will only tell the story according to my personal experience and not biased by other bad reviews. Dr. Barreto and her staff are courteous. The clinic is clean and quiet and very conveniently located near my home. So far, I am very pleased with the medical services given at this location.
Been here with my child to get an xray since 12:44pm, it is 2:22pm now and we are still yet to be seen. The 30+ employees that we've seen in "action" so far today all seem keen to chat with each other and also to hurry up and do nothing for their patients. Such sad "service" if you can even call it that, none of the employees smile at the "customers," just chat and smile at each other. A hospital is already a bad place to be.
I was seen last week on Tuesday by Dr.Wells and I've yet to be prescribed what's needed to get relief. I've called with no return calls and on yesterday I returned to the office and they "assured" me that they were calling in my meds. Only for me to get to Walgreens today and there's not even a pending prescription. I will be changing doctors immediately

So far I can't say I'm displeased with the level of care. Dr. Barreto does seem to be on the clock and may be perceived as not caring but I can't know for sure until I continue to see her about my current condition. I guess time will tell so I will update this review once I get the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment for my particular concern.
