A very clean place. Staff is friendly.
"Terrible experience! Even though they had my VA card and authorization letter on file, they still kept sending me to collections for their own billing mistakes. When I called to sort it out, they couldn’t even bother to apologize for wrongly damaging my record. And good luck ever hearing back from Attiyah T Ismaeli-Campbell—she never returns calls, even to her own patients. Completely unprofessional and frustrating!"
I've been calling for several months. They never answer or return calls. I consider that rude and unprofessional. It's obvious they only care for the money and definitely not the patient's care.
The staff and doctors are wonderful!
Dr Ismaeli-Campbell and her staff are beyond amazing! Have been coming here for years, it is always extremely easy to get an appointment, they truly care and it shows! They are always on top of any health concerns I have, and respond quickly to any messages or requests. I’m very lucky to have such knowledgeable and compassionate people to take care of me and help meet all my needs.
