Staff is rude and have no customer service skills. Everyone I spoke with, told me something different. I spent over a week trying to get an appointment for an urgent ear issue. I was told that they had two separate sets of scheduling. One for urgent, one for routine. First I was told the the referral needed to say urgent to get that scheduled, so had resent. Then I was told I need conference with doctors m. After all that, they then said they only had one schedule and couldn’t get me in for 12 weeks. For an urgent issue. So ... read more
My visit and first appointment with Dr. Casey was to say an unforgettable experience as I haven’t seen a doctor in 30 years. His professional approach to me was great he knew exactly what he was doing. The medicine prescription after 3days has significantly increased my cloudy head/ feeling off level / appetite has definitely increased. I lost my sense of taste when I lost my hearing in the right ear. Future hearing test / follow-up visit already in the books set up for appointments. This is great.
DR Nekl is always pleasant and informs you of what's going on. Office staff friendly also
