Office staff is terrible! They NEVER answer the phone or respond to voicemail. I had to call over 20 times in one day just for them to answer and tell me they can't schedule an appointment with me because my doctor is on leave for the next several months regardless of the fact I HAVE to be seen every 3 months minimum in order to get the medication I need to survive. I was told to just be seen by my a PCP regardless of the fact my PCP is not able to care for my endocrinology issues...hence why I need a endocrinologist. The st... read more
I love having Dr. Eagan as my endocrinologist but the office staff is terrible. Most of the time you call, nobody answers and it goes to voicemail, however if you leave a voicemail, nobody calls you back. Just today I have called their office seven times and still no answer, however this is not the first time I've had this experience. They will refuse to fill your insulin if you don't have an appointment on the books, then when you schedule an appointment it is several months out and they will tell you you need to wait until... read more
