Had lab work checked in and it took about 15 mins for anyone to check in and no one told me the labs were in a different suite so spent another 15 mins waiting for nothing. Ridiculous!
This office is never on time. Really need to do better with timing because people have other things to do than sit here and wait pass their appointment time.
Scheduled me at 715 am when they dont open until 8
I enjoy my experience at sentara endocrinology specialists, I've been going here for many years and I appreciate the great service that I received. My only issue is the use of my chart because the doctors do not respond within two days as it says it takes up to a week to 2 weeks and normally when I call I get the answering machine and it takes a day for the someone to return so if there's ever an emergency you're most likely not going to get a return call or my chart message. I absolutely love my Dr (Danielle Eagan) she is the very best. The staff is wonderful! I would highly recommend this Dr office.
